Maple Sugar in a Bag

Our Maple Sugar shapes are crystal coated. Crystal coating is the process of soaking the molded sugar pieces for 12 hours in a bath of super-saturated (thick) pure maple syrup. The crystals form an airtight coating which allows the sugar piece to mellow inside and keeps the sugar pieces fresh for 6 weeks
